Challenge
Our customer was looking for a simple solution to provide information and training content to the employees of its retail sales partners. It was important that content could be consumed without the need for a screen. At the same time, the existing training platform was to be used as the single source of communication and training.
Solution
Using the API interface of our Hypecast Audio platform, our client was able to provide their retail partners with informative, entertaining audio content for training purposes within their own training platform. The content is easy, secure and accessible from anywhere and integrates ideally into the employees’ daily work routine. At the same time, the nature of the content encourages personal and close communication, which promotes stronger engagement and loyalty between our client and its partners.
